RESTAURANT CONCEPT
This is the first Locavore restaurant in Kamchatka. Here, we serve freshly caught fish, hand-salted caviar, and Kamchatka seafood delights. Almost everything on the menu is caught, harvested, or found in the forests, rivers, and, of course, the Pacific Ocean. Observing the traditions of the indigenous people of this protected land, we serve with care.
INTERIOR
The interior of the restaurant is a combination of brutal chic, textured materials, and sophisticated aesthetics.
EQUIPMENT
There are cabinets for dry aging of meat and fish that allow you to enjoy the special delicate taste and characteristic aroma of the meat products.
CONVENIENCE
Our guests will never go hungry. A table with a variety of snacks and delicacies is always set on site at the restaurant.
CUISINE
We bake bread and make cheese on site, and meat is aged in the restaurant. In summer and autumn, the chefs prepare blanks, which are stored in a specially-equipped cellar. The cuisine is exquisite, while at the same time rather simple, which perfectly conveys the overall atmosphere of the Russian North - its aesthetics, taste, and philosophy.
